1 Unfortunately, we cannot ship any product via US Mail. As a result, we cannot service Post Office Boxes or Military Addresses. If this is your situation, please try and find an alternate shipping address (Perhaps: Work, Family, or Friend).
2 Your country may charge you additional Customs/Duties/Brokerage fees that we cannot control. It is a federal crime for us to exclude your invoice amount on all international shipments.
We do not ship Bell Products outside North America.

Due to the time, cost, conversion of currency, foreign postal service, customs & duties, etcetera, we will fulfill international orders on a per order basis, at the sole discretion of the Bell Store staff. All international orders are subject to a $50.00 USD MINIMUM CHARGE, and will be given due consideration. Please review the table above for the cost to ship the product to your location. We will only charge you the purchase price of the product ordered and the Shipping & Handling fee listed in the above table. We ship all international orders with Global Tracking sent to your regularly checked email address. Some orders may be repackaged not in the original box to save on shipping charges. Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. Certain countries/cities have an Extended Surcharge and there will be a forwarding charge in addition to the rates listed above. Your order confirmation (the one you receive at your email address after placing your order) will be reworked by our shipping department to the appropriate level of service based on where the package is being shipped. Currently, all orders are confirmed with FEDEX, DHL, or UPS-Ground/Air Shipment Level of Service to USA 48 contiguous states. If necessary, orders are manually modified to the appropriate level of service after receipt of your order. You will be notified via e-mail, and, if you approve the changes, the order will be shipped accordingly.
Delivery of your order is very important to us. Our orders are shipped from our CA, USA warehouse by United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, or FEDEX. Occasionally, we may have to backorder a hard-to-find part. However, this is the exception. Please refer to the table above for information on shipping and handling charges applied towards helmet and accessory purchases for specific destinations. We have most items in stock and ready to ship within two days from receipt of your order. Please be aware that FEDEX, DHL, and UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday Regular Working Days. Orders placed from Alaska and Hawaii will be processed immediately. |
